Our Client Partner team is proud to serve our clients in a way that is solely based on their best interests, and for the Client Partners (CPs), satisfaction is paramount. We aim for our CPs to be an extension of our client’s team, assisting in driving efficiency and best practice across their recruitment and OnBoarding processes, aiming to help smooth the day-to-day and provide insight and value-add at every opportunity. What you won’t ever hear is the words “upsell” – we’re all about appropriate solutions and excellent service; we firmly believe if you deliver that then the commercials will take care of themselves.
Our Support Team are the first point of contact for any client who wishes to know more about, or who has a question regarding, their system. We are always at the end of the telephone or email, ready to listen, understand and work out the best solution for you. Always striving to deliver the best customer service in the industry with our unique personal touch, we love nothing more than knowing we have been able to help someone move on with their day.
Be it a new system, new functionality or an enhancement to evolve a client’s HARBOUR facility in line with their evolving needs, our team of Project Managers and Project Assistants work hard to balance technical appreciation with straight-talking. Always with an eye on delivery deadlines and milestones in the timeline, we also believe in the importance of remaining human. It’s a great source of pride that we get such positive feedback from the clients we work with. Never missing a go-live date is a great sense of achievement, but doing so with smiles all round is an even greater reward.

The agility of the HARBOUR system means that it can be adapted, tweaked and enhanced in line with our clients’ own internal processes. Once our team of developers have worked their magic, our diligent Testing Team ensures that everything is behaving as expected. They will test-to-break each piece of new functionality in a standalone dev site before it is implemented in a production system, and then again once the code base is pushed live. As with everyone at HARBOUR, the testing team are passionate about their craft; so much so that half of the team have completed external training and are qualified testers with several letters after their names - five to be exact: AMBCS
